The Gatsby Trap Golf Course
Phase 1 of THE Gatsby Trap will first be a 9 hole par 3 Golf Course that wonders through the Coastal North Carolina Pines. Phase 2 will be a 13 hole Course with 3 Par 5s, 3 Par 3s and 5 Par 4s. Plus, state of the art practice facility with Driving Range.
THE GATSBY RECREATION CENTER
A warm, inviting 7500-square-foot space with indoor/outdoor pickleball courts, basketball, ping pong, golf simulator and beach volleyball, to name a few.
THE GATSBY FISHING HOLES
Members only fishing access to six square miles of freshwater bass, bluegill and catfish to name a few.
THE GOLDEN GATSBY HOUSE
A la, 10,000-square-foot house with FEATURING 9 UNIQUE PRIVATE BEDROOMS WITH FULL BATHROOMS plush seating, including large cushioned couches, accent chairs, and a round built-in booth. The space also features a billiards table, fireplace, and a floating bar, making it ideal for relaxed, sophisticated gatherings.
THE GATSBY WELLNESS SPA
A tranquil 2,000-square-foot outdoor space with Yoga / Pilates Studio, Stem Room, Infared Sauna, Hot Tub, Cold Plunge, Shower Room.
